South Seattle Community College uses AACRAOES (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Enrollment Services) to process all requests for education verification from students, alumni and members of the business community (employers, credit grantors, insurance companies, background checking companies etc.).

Students and alumni may now verify the accuracy of their educational record free of charge up to four times per year. Although you will not be charged to verify the accuracy of your educational record, you must provide AACRAOES with a valid VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card to activate your account. If you do not have an active VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card you may verify your record by contacting AACRAOES at their toll free number 877-338-3743.

Members of the business community may request, track and receive enrollment and degree verifications via the AACRAOES Web site or toll free number.
