Paying Tuition and Fees

Students may pay tuition rates and fees in the following ways:

• Tuition Automatic Payment Plan
• Online via Credit Card
• At the Cashier's Office
• Fax Our Credit Card Payment form

Online via Credit Card

VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. No debit cards are accepted for this option.

Important Note:
When entering your credit card number, do not use any spaces or hyphens.

To use this option:

1. Select Student Online Services from the left navigation
2. Select Pay Tuition Online
3. Login with your SID and PIN
4. From Online Registration select "Pay Via Credit Card " at the bottom of the page.

Cashier's Office   (See office hours.)

In person with cash, check, debit card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.)

Secured drop box with check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.)

1. The box is located outside the Cashier's Office in the Robert Smith courtyard. (See map.) Payment envelopes are available outside by the box or inside by the Cashier's window.
2. If paying by check, please include your student ID number with payment.
3. If paying with credit card, include a completed Credit Card Payment Form. These forms are also available inside by the Cashier's window.

By mail check or credit card. Include your student ID number with payment. If paying with credit card, include a completed Credit Card Payment Form. Mail to:

Pay Via FAX

Students may fax a completed Credit Card Payment Form to:

• FAX number 206-764-5824

• If you are not enrolled in our Tuition Automatic Payment Plan, your tuition and fees are due within 7 business days from the date you first register for classes. If you register after the quarter begins, tuition is due within 24 hours from the date you register for classes.
  Note: Culinary Arts students, Continuing Education students, as well as Apprentice students are exempt from this tuition policy.
• Failure to pay by the due date will result in being dropped from classes. If your tuition is paid by an outside agency, confirm payment via the online application View Your Schedule. For special assistance call the Special Accounts Coordinator at 206-768-6744.
• Financial Aid students should confirm their tuition payment via the online application View Your Schedule. Contact the Financial Aid Department staff if you have questions regarding your financial aid tuition payment

• In order to assure payments are posted properly, students must have a Student Identification number or SID. If you do not have a SID, have lost or forgotten your SID and/or PIN, please contact the Registration Office.
• Read about purchasing parking permits.
• A handling fee of $30 is charged for any returned checks and students will be automatically dropped from classes when returned checks are written for tuition.
