Counselors are faculty who have Master's degrees in counseling. They help students identify and achieve their educational, career and personal goals. (See the list of counselors.)

Career Counseling
Counselors are available to provide career assistance, help students select a career path and identify employment trends and training for obtaining employment.
- Career assessment and interpretation
- Strong Interest Inventory: Compares your interests with people in a variety of occupations to assess similar or dissimilar interests.
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator: Helps students identify their personality type and occupations that are most attractive to persons with a similar personality type. The indicator helps students learn which work environment can provide career satisfaction for each personality type.

Personal Counseling
Counselors provide short-term guidance to students who experience social and emotional difficulties that interfere with college success.
