Students will be accepted into the LPN Program on a competitive and space available basis. We expect a large pool of applicants and currently have space for 35 students.

  • Students accepted into the summer program will be sent formal letters of acceptance by May 15th.
  • Students will be given an advisory appointment approximately 2 months before classes begin.
  • Upon acceptance into the program, students will be given immunization forms and physical exam forms to be completed by their physician prior to entering the program. Required immunizations include tetanus/diptheria, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), hepatitis B, and chicken pox/varicella, unless a positive titer is present. A current 2-step tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray is also required.
  • Accepted students will be given instructions on completing a Criminal Background check.
  • Accepted students will be given instructions for registration. Students who do not register or turn in required paperwork in a timely fashion will have their name removed from the acceptance list.
