Note: It is not necessary to commit to a certificate or degree program in order to take classes. Students may take individual courses for professional improvement or personal interest, see the class schedule.

Certificate

One-year certificate that demonstrates a foundation of horticultural information and a measurable commitment to specific goals and their achievement.

Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.)

One year certificate plus 1 year in one of the following concentrations. Note: Students also complete ENGL 107, MATH 110 and PSYC 240.

  • Landscape Design & Construction
  • Sustainable Land Management / Landscape Maintenance
  • Horticultural Studies

Associate of Applied Science-Transfer (A.A.S.-T)

One year certificate plus 1 year in one of the following concentrations. Note: Students also complete ENGL 101, ENGL 102, MATH 107 and PSYC 100.

  • Landscape Design & Construction
  • Sustainable Land Management / Landscape Maintenance
  • Horticultural Studies
