Computer Support Specialist Certificate
New Students | Computing Technology Programs
The Computer Support Specialist One-Year Certificate to help students get started in the IT field. This can be stepped up to the IT Systems Specialist AAS degree and then to the Network Administration AAS Degree.
It is designed for and expected that the students will be able to pass the A+ certification exam upon completing this SSCC PC Technician Cert. This exam is not required to achieve the SSCC Certificate.

Official Course Outlines
- Look for Computing Technology (CTN) courses in the list.
- There is a lab fee for all computing courses. (See the current fee schedule.)
- All CTN classes meet three times a week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday for 2 hours, with an additional hour on Fridays. Monday/Wednesday classes will meet the first hour on Friday. Tuesday/Thursday classes will meet the second hour on Friday.
