Purpose/Philosophy
Acceptance to Program   (Information updated October 2007)

To be accepted into the program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Attend a CNA Orientation at SSCC (Offered monthly.)
  • CASAS reading and math score of 221 or higher (Offered quarterly.)
  • Satisfactory (clear) criminal background check.
  • Ability to pay for related program costs (Tuition assistance may be available.)

Students who pass the test and have sufficient funding will be admitted to the class on a first come basis. Enrollment is limited to 25 students per quarter.
