Office 365 Now Free for South Students

Do you ever wonder where all of your time goes? Time management skills are essential when balancing your schoolwork and life.

  • Create a daily, hourly schedule to see where you really spend your time and adjust as needed. If you need help creating an hourly schedule for your week, stop by the Tutor Center in RSB 12 and make an appointment with a tutor.
  • Don't procrastinate! Create a checklist of your weekly tasks. Tip: Add "submit your FAFSA” to the list.
  • FACTS Payment Plan enrollment is now open!
  • Be strategic! Save time by reusing your essays for multiple scholarships.  

Are you planning on graduating this June? Make an appointment with a Completion Coach to review and submit your diploma application!

  • Diploma applications should be submitted a quarter in advance, prior to your expected graduation date. (Example-If you are planning to graduate in June, you should submit your diploma application before Spring quarter begins!)
  • Completion Coaches are located in the Robert Smith Building Student Services Lobby and are available for appointments Monday-Friday. Contact southcompletion@seattlecolleges.edu to schedule an appointment!
  • If you are unsure about the process to graduate, the Completion Coaches are able to meet with you one-on-one to discuss the process and ceremony.
