Degree Programs at SSCC

Planning to earn a Bachelor’s degree? Then start your studies with an Associate of Arts Degree (A.A.) degree. An A.A. degree is composed of 90 credit hours or two years of study*. All A.A. degrees are transferable to a university and serve as the 1st and 2nd year of university study.

* Few degrees require more than 90 credit hours. Check the online catalog for exact hour requirements.

After students complete the A.A. degree, they can transfer to a university and complete a Bachelor’s degree. Students can save up to 40% in tuition fees by completing their A.A. degree from a community college.
