South Seattle College offers a four-year degree in Bachelors of Applied Science (BAS) Degree in Hospitality Management. This program will prepare students for management, marketing and human resource positions in all facets of the hospitality industry, including tourism, hotel operation, restaurant management, catering, cruise ships, casino operations, and travel. This degree also requires at least 1000-hour internship with a local Seattle company.

Students who have Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Information Technology, Culinary Arts, Catering & Banquet Operations, Restaurant Food Service Production and Pastry and Specialty Baking or Other Related Programs of Study are welcome to apply to this program.
