Cashier's Office

At the Cashier's Office, students can pay tuition and fees, get information on the Nelnet payment plan, and purchase quarterly parking permits and discounted Student ORCA Cards for public transportation.

Contact Information

To contact the Cashier's Office, please call the office phone number at 206.934.5388 or email sscccashier@seattlecolleges.edu. Please see our current hours in the "Contact & Hours" box on this page.

Paying for Tuition

Payments can be made fastest, online, by logging into your ctcLink account and paying with a credit card or debit card. You can also legibly fill out the credit card form, then scan and email it to us sscccashier@seattlecolleges.edu.

A secure night drop is located on the outside wall of our office (RSB Student Services lobby) for after-hours payment. You can also sign up for the Nelnet automated payment plan for the quarter, for monthly installments. Review the Costs to Participate and Enrollment Dates at mycollegepaymentplan.com/sseattle/

Statements of Payment (for reimbursement from an employer, for example)

The Cashier's Office can send a statement of payment by U.S. mail and only at the request of a student. Receipts will not be electronically sent. Please make sure your address is updated and current to avoid delay. Requests can also be made in person during our regular business hours. Photo ID is required.

Refunds

All refunds are processed with the schedule of the academic calendar seattlecolleges.edu/academics/calendars/academic-calendar. Payments made by check will process as a refund check, sent to the address the student has on file with the college. Payments made through our Nelnet payment plan, will process as check refund, no exceptions.  Please make sure your address is current, as an incorrect address will delay your refund!  Students who paid online through the college website, will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used on the website. Again, this is only web payments, through our partner, CyberSource.

ORCA Card Purchases

For students enrolled in a current quarter who require travel to campus by public transportation, a reduced-priced ORCA card may be purchased. Stop by the Cashier's Office to see if you are eligible.

Parking Permit Refunds

Parking permit refunds may be given only upon complete withdrawal from classes using the Academic calendar schedule of refunds, and the return of the permit. Permits purchased through the Cashier's Office can be returned or mailed directly to our office 6000 16th Ave SW Seattle WA 98106 ATTN: Cashier Office.  Include your name and ctcLink ID number. For permits purchased online, you will need to visit https://www.permitsales.net/seattlecolleges and follow the instructions for refunds.
