Step 1

To add an event visit: www.southseattle.edu/campusevents/addevent/

Step 2

Use your campus computer login if prompted and your same password that you use for campus computers (NOT OUTLOOK EMAIL).

Create the event by selecting the day of the event and filling out the details. Don't forget to make sure that you select your college department. Add notes for the web manager if you wish. Click the submit button when you are done.

To add another event simply click the button on the left of the calendar.

Click on “UPDATE This Event” as seen in the image at right.

Make your changes and then click “Update Event” at the bottom of the page to submit your changes for approval.

Click on “COPY This Event” as seen in the image at right.

Select the date for the copied event and change any necessary details.

Click “Request Event Post” at the bottom of the page to submit your event for approval.
