Booking Appointments Online (*NEW SERVICE)
The Advising/Counseling Office offers a variety of appointment types to assist students with their academic needs. These appointment types include:
- Academic Advising
- Educational Planning
- Transfer Planning
- Form or Paperwork Request
- AANAPISI Advising
- Running Start Advising
You can now schedule an appointment online for any of these services by following the “Book Appointment” link below. If you have any questions about these services please contact us at 206-934-5387 or stop by our Advising/Counseling Desk in the Student Services Lobby located in the Robert Smith Building.
Advising offers Walk-in appointments, Monday –Thursday. These time slots are offered on a first-come, first served basis for students who reserve them in-person. These cannot be reserved in advance or over the phone. Walk-in
availability can fluctuate, and time slots last only 20 minutes. Please contact us if you have any questions about availability.
Counselors are available to assist students with a variety of issues such as:
- Personal Counseling
- Career Counseling
- Academic Planning
- Learning Style Assessment
- Academic Probation
Due to the personal nature of counseling appointments, they can only be
scheduled over the phone or in-person at the Advising/Counseling Front Desk. Please note counselors are faculty and as a result, are only available while classes are in session.
