Student Assessment Services offers proctoring of exams for students enrolled in distance or online classes with institutions other than South Seattle Community College. These may be paper or online exams.
The current Proctoring Fee is $25.00 (minimum) per 3 hours of scheduled exam time, payable at the SSCC Cashier prior to testing. An SSCC student ID# from Registration is necessary to process this payment. Current government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID) is also required at time of proctoring.
Appointments are required and are available. Mon. & Tues. between 1pm and 4pm and Thurs. between 9 am and 1 pm. E-mail Sharon Dorman at Sharon.Dorman@seattlecolleges.edu to schedule.
Note that SAS cannot provide private rooms; other examinees may be using the facility concurrently.
Students are responsible for notifying their institution that SAS will be proctoring their exam and for arranging delivery of the exam to SAS.

Academic Programs Test Proctoring Center is available to all students enrolled at South Seattle Community College who need to take a test for an online or in-person course.
Contact your instructor to ensure that your test will be ready for you in the Proctoring Center, located at UNI 101A.
Students may drop-in anytime during the scheduled hours and appointments are not necessary.
Please arrive early enough to complete your test prior to closing time of the proctoring room.
Hours of Operation
The Academic Test Proctoring Center will open for WINTER quarter, starting on Monday, January 9th (the second week of the quarter) and continuing through Saturday, March 24th (the Saturday following the quarter).
