Orientation / Application (Information updated December 2011)

People interested in this program MUST attend an orientation session to be eligible to enroll in the class.

IMPORTANT: Orientations are normally the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month.  The schedule is as follows: NA-C first hour; LPN second hour; RN third hour. PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION.

Please note: Registration for Spring 2012 classes begins on February 21, 2012 (by appointment only) and the NA-C program fills up quickly. There are several steps to complete before a student can register for the class. This will be explained at the MANDATORY orientation.

To enter NA-C Summer 2012

Please note: Registration for Winter 2012 classes begins on May 21, 2012 (by appointment only) and the NA-C program fills up quickly. There are several steps to complete before a student can register for the class. This will be explained at the MANDATORY orientation.

Note: It is extremely important to BE ON TIME for the orientation. Seating is limited. We will not be able to accept anyone over 5 minutes late. We strongly encourage you not to bring children or family members. Orientation is a time to ask questions about the program and sign up for the required entrance exam.

During orientation attendees will receive information about the enrollment process which includes:

• Schedule of NA-C classes.
• Instructions regarding submitting TB test results and current immunizations, a requirement of all health care workers.
• Information about the criminal background check, a requirement of all health care workers.
• Sign up for the required CASAS exam.
• Information about possible funding opportunities.
