FAFSA on the Web

Complete the FAFSA application online.
You should complete this application at least 6 weeks before the awarding cycle date.

Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements for Financial Aid Recipients at SSCC

Financial Aid recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (cum GPA). This document explains how the cum GPA is calculated.

Satisfactory Progress Appeals Form

Appeals for failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress are only granted when there are extenuating circumstances. Use this form to submit an appeal.

Maximum Time Appeals Form

To be used if your program of study is not completed in the time allowed because of extenuating circumstances.

Major Change Appeal Form

If you would like to pursue a second program of study and receive financial aid you will need to complete this form

Declaration of Income Reduction

Use this form if your income changes. For example, you lose your job.

Verification Worksheets

You do not need to fill out a worksheet unless your application for financial aid is selected by the U.S. Department of Education for review in a process called "verification."
