Connoisseur's Luncheons
This luncheon series offers a three course meal that includes, appetizer, entree, dessert and wine. Seating is limited to 50 guests. Connoisseur Luncheons are scheduled on Thursday and Friday, four to five times each quarter. Advance purchase and reservations are required for this luncheon series.  Chef's Table Luncheons
A special table for eight guests will be provided in the new FSA Teaching and Demonstration Kitchen. A specially prepared three course menu with wine will be custom designed and paired for the enjoyment of you and your guests. Student food servers will provide personalized service. Advance purchase and reservations are required. |
